We loved location and breakfast, nothing to complain about. Access to cala estancia. Staff were service-minded, and the free parking was available...

The hotel is well situated and within easy walking distance of all amenities and beaches. The staff were courteous and helpful and and the meals taken within the hotel were of good quality and quantity with considerable choice.

I was very surprised and pleased with our visit to Hotel Alexandra in Mallorca. Everything was clean, the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was nice and modern. Also, the location was very nice, as it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was very good as well.

The rooms lacked any substantial toiletries so if you do visit plan on brining your own. Also dinner was not that great.

Me and my girlfriend came for a romantic vacation, as I was about to propose to my girlfriend. The hotel staff was amazingly nice and welcoming. We were upgraded to a suite, which was super huge, big & clean all the rooms were renovated recently.. The roomed seemed fresh & new as if we were the first guests who stayed there. the hotel staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, they even send a bottle of champagne free of charge. i really recommend this hotel not only because of the nice staff & spacious rooms but for the location. can pastillia is awesome. not far from palma city centre , 2K from the airport, 5 minutes from arenal enjoy :)

Locker rooms with showers next to the pools will be nice.

They were pretty accommodating to my particular needs...we needed a conference room for a few hours which they made available at no charge! The staff had a positive attitude and were very helpful!

I liked the friendliness of the staff and their sincere efforts to please. The food was very good with a wide choice at every meal. Catering staff were always on call and the buffet always had sufficient food available. Overall, an excellent hotel and location.

Surprisingly, there was no access to computers and the internet. Nowadays, this is an essential commodity and it was very frustrating not to be able to access your own material. Although there were facilities in the vicinity, it was still a real minus.

The hotel was in a good location near beaches and a 25 minute bus ride into palma / 10 minutes to the airport.When its upgrade is completed it will be a very contempary hotel but I would give them a month or so to fully complete all the finishing touches ( see other comments)!

The hotel was going through an upgrade 3 star to 4 and consequently some parts of the hotel were not finished. My room had bare wires in the bathroom were there should have been a hairdryer and there were no towel rails or shelf in the shower for cleaning products. The floor by the door was also not finished off properly. Most of these things were completed during my stay but for the price I paid it should have been completed from the start of my stay.Ther always seemed to be a workman some where in the hotel finishing off final touches.

I don´t think the room was finished because we got paint and dust on us. There was no emergencyplan in the room etc.

We enjou Can Pastilla - having spent three previous holidays there. The hotel room was more than adequate and the location was very good - just across the road from a nice beach.

The food was mediocre both in quality and choice. The reception staff did little to endear themselves to us. We had requested a room with a sea view. They did not appear to be aware of this request. One was not available but male receptionist ( who appeared to be in charge) volunteered to provide a sea view room the next morning 'just after breakfast'. After 3 visits 0930, 1045 and 1130 no room was forthcoming so we gave up and kept the room first allocated - not being prepared to be kept 'on a string' any longer!!!!

Food was fantastic just no drinks was included with diner in the half board plan, clean, spacious, quiet and bright rooms, great location, close to airport, easy access to beach and shops and restaurants, nice staff specially in the reception.

The hotel look likes a 3 star hotel even after renovation specially the reception area, the elevator was awful, Internet was only working with one device and was very slow but the friendly lady in the reception gave us a new code to use with the second device, towels were so old and some of them were ripped off.
